We have 2 wishes for you.
1. Arrive at the booked time, not earlier (or rather late)
Our booking system is set up to distribute bookings so that the kitchen and waiters can keep up. However, we currently have a challenge in that many people arrive before the booked time. We are experiencing guests arriving 15, 30 and 60 minutes earlier.
When many guests suddenly arrive at the same time, we can no longer keep up. It causes stress that can lead to mistakes and you not having a good experience.
Therefore, our request is that you arrive exactly at your booked time within 5 minutes before/after.
2. Notify if the number of guests changes
It is of great importance for our planning that we know the correct number – even if it changes shortly before your arrival.
If we only receive the message when you arrive, it will be too late for us to adjust today's table layout.
